Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why can't I see any of the products?
A:
You must be logged in to see our products.  If you do not have a login for online shopping, you can register here.  After you register, we will look over your information and authorize your account.  We have an actual person that looks over the account information and authorizes accounts, so if you do not have a legitimate Resale Tax Number, we will not authorize your account.  You will get an email when your account is active.

If you have registered and logged in, and still can't see product, there may be a problem with your account.  Contact us to let us know, and we'll get it fixed right away.


Q: I forgot my password, do I need to register again?
A:
No, you can retrieve your password by following the Recover Password link.  All you need is the email address that was used to set up your account.


Q: I need to change my email address, how do I do that?
A:
We can modify any of the information on your online account, from your email address and password to your address.  Send us a message to inform us of the change.


Q: I left my computer for a little while, and now my order is gone.
A:
Unfortunately, due to restrictions on the platform, the site will automatically log you out and lose your order after about 20 minutes of inactivity.  You can keep your session active by clicking anywhere on the site.  If you do get logged out, there is no way for us to retrieve your order.

If you need to leave your computer before you are done ordering, send us you order, and type in the notes section that there is more of your order to follow.   We will combine the multiple orders into a single order and ship it all together.


Q: How can I find specific products?
A:
You can search by category using the navigation bar on the left.  If you have the item number of the product you are looking for, you can also search for it using the search in the upper right corner. 

Scroll up to the top of the page to search.  You can only search when you are logged in.

  • Search by item number (partial numbers also work.)
  • Search by keyword or description.
 



Q: How do I know how much of each item I am actually buying?
A:
Not all of our products are sold individually.  Be sure to look at the Items Per Box information on the product page.  For example, if you enter a quantity of 2 for a product that is sold in boxes of 12, you'll be getting 24 pieces.  The website will do the math on the quantity you enter.  Be sure to take note of the extended price of your products before you add them to your cart.
   
Note the difference in the Total Number of Items and the Extended Price for different quantities.


Q: I want to apply for Net/30 terms.  How do I do that?
A:
You can download a PDF credit application here.  Fill out the credit application, and email or fax it back to us at 1-866-735-5846.  The applications take about three weeks to process.  You can contact us to find out about the status of your application.
